1. About this website

This website is an independently maintained information and lead-generation page for Evergreen at Prestige Raintree Park and Prestige Raintree Park, Whitefield, Bengaluru, developed by Prestige Estates Projects Ltd. It is intended to help prospective buyers get in touch with the sales team and does not itself constitute an offer, invitation, warranty or contract of sale.

2. Project information

All areas (carpet/saleable), configurations, layouts, pricing, possession dates, amenities and specifications shown on this website are indicative and approximate, sourced from project marketing collateral current as of the date shown. These are subject to change at the developer's discretion during design development and construction, and must be verified against the official Agreement for Sale, the RERA-registered project documents, and the current cost sheet before any booking decision is made.

3. Images and representations

All renders, aerial views, interior shots, master-plan graphics and lifestyle imagery on this site are artist's impressions and are purely representational. Actual construction, landscaping, unit finishes, external colour schemes and furniture layouts may vary. Furniture shown in any image does not form part of the offering.

4. The Two-Good Plan — Book Now, Pay in 2028

The "Two-Good Plan" is a limited-period payment scheme offered at the developer's discretion and is subject to the following key conditions, in addition to any conditions issued by the developer and the relevant financial institution at the time of booking:

• Availing a home loan is mandatory to participate in this scheme.
• The scheme is approved exclusively with Axis Bank, ICICI Bank and Bajaj Finserv. Customers may choose their loan provider from among these approved partners only.
• Customers must meet the standard home loan eligibility criteria of the respective lender.
• A minimum customer contribution of 10% of the sale value is required, inclusive of all applicable taxes and franking charges.
• During the scheme period, the developer bears the Pre-EMI interest on each instalment disbursed by the lender, on the customer's behalf, until May 2028.
• No interest accrues or accumulates on the disbursed amount during the scheme period; the developer clears interest as instalments are released.
• The developer's obligation to bear Pre-EMI concludes at the end of the scheme period. From June 2028 onward, the responsibility for paying Pre-EMI shifts entirely to the customer, at the prevailing interest rates.
• Home loan disbursements must follow the standard time-linked payment plan applicable during the two-year scheme period.
• Foreclosure of the home loan, or a balance transfer / refinancing, is not permitted during the scheme period.

5. Enquiries and site visits

Submitting the enquiry form or contacting us via call, WhatsApp or email does not constitute a booking. Site visits are subject to availability and prior scheduling with the sales team. No payment should be made to any party other than the officially designated collection account of Prestige Estates Projects Ltd. or its authorised representative.

6. Third-party services on this site

This website uses third-party services (such as email delivery and spreadsheet logging tools) solely to route enquiry form submissions to our sales team. Use of this website is also subject to the terms of those underlying service providers.

7. Limitation of liability

While reasonable care has been taken to keep the information on this site accurate and current, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any content here, and we are not liable for any decision made solely on the basis of this website. Please rely on the official, RERA-registered project documents and the Agreement for Sale for any final decision.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
